Contributors come together as teams to create solutions for specific problems in areas where they have a passion.  Contributors have a key ownership stake in solutions from inception to commercialization.  Contributors may bring a solution idea, drive the conceptual design, build a proof of concept, guide the development/buildout and even participate in the sales cycle.  Ownership stakes are commensurate with levels of contribution.
