An "Affiliate" of the IncuSolv Network is an individual or business that has agreed to participate, at their discretion, in activities with and through IncuSolv in pursuit of the incubation of new innovations that solve meaningful problems, building value for commercial gain under the expectations defined herein.

You may use your IncuSolv Network affiliation status publicly, such as on social media profiles, experience descriptions, and resumes.

You confirm that your participation in the IncuSolv Network, and on specific opportunities, will not violate any existing employer agreement or applicable non-competition agreements.

You may attend certain IncuSolv Network meetings open to Affiliates, with an expectation of non-disclosure.

You may be contacted by other IncuSolv Network members to exchange ideas related to problems and conceptual solutions under evaluation or being pursued by IncuSolv.

Participation in the IncuSolv Network is fully voluntary and has no fees or implied rights. Affiliates may drop out at any time, although certain obligations may survive.

Participation in the IncuSolv Network does not create an employment relationship.

Parties who interact with the IncuSolv Network may choose to share (and to protect accordingly) certain proprietary information with one another to determine whether to work together on specific areas of innovation and new solutions, which might eventually be offered by or pursued commercially by the parties.

You confirm that any ideas you bring forward to the IncuSolv Network do not violate intellectual property rights of other parties.

This is not a contract. Any future legal agreements will be presented to you if and when they become appropriate, and you will have an opportunity to review them and accept or decline, as you may choose. You are under no obligation to participate in specific IncuSolv opportunities which may require non-disclosure, contributor team, or other separate legal agreements.
